The 12th edition of the BSTE symposium will be organized on December 9 & 10, 2025 in Kortrijk, Belgium. Keeping the BSTE tradition alive, an attractive program including international renowned speakers, industrial involvement and several presentation opportunities for PhDstudents and Postdocs has been proposed. We are looking forward to meet you at the 12th Belgian Symposium on Tissue Engineering in Kortrijk!
This year, the symposium has the slogan "Bridging Science and Medicine: Tissue Engineering for Clinical Impact".
The line between science and medicine is increasingly blurred thanks to pioneering innovations in tissue engineering. This multidisciplinary field brings together biology, technology and clinical applications to develop regenerative therapies that transform healthcare. From advanced biomaterials and stem cell technology to 3D bioprinting and organ-on-a-chip systems-the advances within tissue engineering are opening new doors for patient-specific treatments and revolutionary therapeutic solutions. The path from laboratory to clinical practice brings challenges, but also unprecedented opportunities to improve lives and fight disease.
