Her structured and solution-oriented approach helps create a stable operational foundation that enables the scientific team to focus on advancing biofabrication technologies.

In addition to her professional role, Eri is deeply interested in creativity and craftsmanship. She runs a side project dedicated to Japanese traditional crafts, reflecting her appreciation for precision, structure, and continuous improvement that values she also applies in her work at BIO INX.
